"Santiago is truely beautifull town. Famouse for its history, Cathedral with the tomb of Santiago and Old Town"
"Casco Historico is a simply beautiful, wonderfully inviting maze of an old town, with fabulous cafes, little shops, theaters, and of course loads of history! While the Cathederal is the centerpiece, there are all kinds of little treasures down alleyways and nestled in the many plazas. People are by and large quite friendly, too!"
"Santiago de Compostela has a lovely old district which is very self contained. The streets are narrow and winding, so easy to get lost, but it is quite small so it doesn't take long to find your way again. The Cathedral is the focal point and the streets are full of little shops and cafes. The displays of fish, crabs, lobsters, octopus, etc., in the cafes are amazing. There is enough to do for about 2 days."
"Very nice maze of streets to get lost in, and grab some food or a glass of wine from time to time. Lots of shops."
"Santiago is an amazing town not only due to architecture, but also the environment, diversity, people from all over the world in a place where they are happy :) lots of small barras to have a meal or a beer. must go there"
